As with all bikepacking "races" there is no entry fee, no t shirt and no prize - just the satisfaction of riding 4000 miles in one summer ALONE. Welcome to the blog
Today is a perfect day to start this blog. It is about 15 degrees outside with a bit of fresh snow on the trails around here that have been either too snowy or muddy to ride as of late. Not enough to quash my enthusiasm and daydreaming of long days inn the middle of nowhere riding along eating junk food. I am inviting everyone who is in to riding the epic self supported races around the world to chime in any time with comments, ideas and basic shit talking. Sending my best to all those lucky enough to ride in the Global Race, Kiwi Brevet and Iditerod next month as I prepare my bike and self for race one in the series - AZT 750 in April.
